Expert chef Paolo and his team will introduce you to the secrets of the world famous Tuscan cuisine.
Learn how to use kitchen equipment, prepare ingredients and manage cooking times.  Paolo will work side by side with the class and teach you how to prepare a variety of traditional dishes, for example:

Home-made pasta
Tuscan vegetable soup
Tuscan tomato, bread and herb soup

Beef & red wine casserole
‘Peposo dell’Impruneta’
Roast pork

Tirami su
Torta della Nonna (Grandmother’s Torte)
Chocolate ‘salame’

And ……..once the dishes are cooked to perfection take your place at the table and be served the food you yourselves have prepared - all accompanied by quality wines!

The price includes:
- Instruction from an expert chef
- Qualified assistants
- Kitchen equipment
- Ingredients (one first course, one second course and one dessert)
