Neuro-Linguistic-Programming, a brief introduction
Neuro
All human behaviour is made up of neurological processes. The nervous system receives stimuli from the senses (sight, touch, hearing, smell and taste) and restyles them as perceptions and images.
Linguistic
Human thought is codified, organized and transformed through language. Words are bridges that join together our insights on the world with experience. Language is the individual expression of a subjective perception.
Programming
The types of human behaviour are variable and are founded on perception and individual experience. Behavioural patterns or programs are applied in an unconscious and automatic way. |
