Birdwatching Course
Minimum 10 – Maximum 11 people
Arrival Friday from 16.00 – departure Sunday at 10.00

Day 1 – Friday
Arrival at villa La Lespa from 16:00 to 19:00*.  Room allocation*
Ore 20:00  Typical, Tuscan dinner served for you at your table**

After dinner, your expert guide will give a presentation with images of the course

Day 2 – Saturday
07:30   Breakfast basket **
10:00   Start of course in the Reserve

WINTER HOLIDAY MAKERS
Lesson on the biology and ecology of the birds that winter at the Reserve (geese, ducks, cormorants …), followed by a slide show illustrating the different species present.  Handing out of material.  This will be followed by a guided tour and a bird watching session.
 
13:00  Lunch break in the Reserve with a brunch based on local products **

14:30  Resumption of course and bird watching

20:30   Dinner, “Cacciucco” typical dish from Livorno **
After dinner enjoy a glass of Vin Santo and some ‘cantuccini’ from Siena sitting in front of the fire and reminiscing on the best bits of your day…..

Day 3 - Sunday
08:30 – 10:30  Breakfast and farewells **

Departure by own means of transport

** Full board option (breakfast basket, two dinners in the villa).  Tuscan dinners will be based on local products and include drinks such as: water, local wine, tea, herbal tea, coffee, milk
